Al Wukair Community Integration

The Al Wukair Residential Complex was designed around a 3,200 sqm public courtyard accessible to residents and the broader Al Wakra community. The development includes a community health clinic, a prayer hall open to the public, and pedestrian linkages to the existing Al Wukair souq. Community consultation was conducted over 8 months with 14 community stakeholder groups.

Q Prime Holding's Worker Welfare Policy exceeds Qatari Labour Law minima on accommodation, wages, working hours, and repatriation rights. All contractors and subcontractors are contractually bound to these standards, with independent audit verification.
