In his current capacity, he oversees the execution of the Group's strategic priorities, with particular focus on disciplined capital allocation, business performance, governance and the development of operating platforms built for sustainable value creation.

Abdullah Mohammed Al-Kuwari serves as Deputy Group Managing Director, supporting the Chief Executive Officer in delivering the Group's strategy and overseeing coordination across Q Prime's operating businesses and corporate functions.

His career spans senior leadership roles across real estate, financial services and diversified industrials, bringing deep regional market knowledge and a strong record of building and restructuring operating platforms.

He is responsible for driving cross-portfolio performance, operational discipline and the development of management capability across the Group's businesses, ensuring execution aligns with the Group's long-term strategic objectives.

Mr. Jeremy Makris serves as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the Group's financial strategy, capital structure, reporting integrity and treasury management across Q Prime Holding and its subsidiaries.

He brings extensive experience in corporate finance, investment analysis and financial governance, developed across leading regional and international financial institutions and holding companies.

He oversees capital allocation, financial risk management and the Group's reporting and controls framework, supporting disciplined investment decisions and long-term financial resilience across the portfolio.

Khalid Abdulaziz Al-Misned serves as Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for operational performance, execution capability and the development of operating platforms across the Group's businesses.

His background combines senior operational leadership across industrial, infrastructure and services sectors, with a focus on operational excellence, performance management and large-scale programme delivery.

He leads the Group's operational agenda, working with business leaders to strengthen execution, embed performance discipline and build the operational infrastructure required to support sustainable growth.

Mohammed Saud Al-Thani serves as Chief Investment Officer, leading the Group's investment strategy, portfolio development and transaction execution across Qatar and international markets.

He brings deep experience in investment banking, private equity and direct investment, with a track record across infrastructure, energy, real assets and growth-stage platforms.

He is responsible for sourcing and executing investment opportunities, managing portfolio performance and supporting the Group's strategic partnerships and international expansion agenda.

Lubna Rashid Al-Kaabi serves as Chief Legal and Governance Officer, responsible for the Group's legal affairs, corporate governance, compliance and risk frameworks.

Her experience spans corporate law, regulatory affairs and governance across listed and private institutions in Qatar and the wider region, with particular expertise in structuring, compliance and board-level governance.

She oversees the Group's governance architecture, legal risk management and regulatory engagement, ensuring Q Prime operates to the highest institutional standards across all its businesses and jurisdictions.

Mrs. Grafe Christina is a seasoned Project Consultant at Q Prime Holding LLC, with experience spanning project management, business development, consultancy, and strategic project coordination.

She has developed a strong professional background working across diverse projects and business environments, where she contributes to effective planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery of project objectives.
