Sustainability
Our governance approach
At Alrazah, responsible growth requires more than ambition. It requires governance structures capable of translating strategic priorities into clear responsibilities, measurable actions and informed decisions.
Our ESG governance approach is intended to integrate with the broader governance architecture of the Group. Oversight is established at the appropriate level, responsibilities are assigned across management and operational functions, and material sustainability considerations are incorporated into relevant decision-making processes.
This approach supports long-term value creation while maintaining appropriate attention to risk, compliance, stakeholder expectations and the interests of the communities and markets in which we operate.
Clear ownership of sustainability responsibilities across the organisation.
Appropriate management and Board-level visibility of material ESG matters.
Relevant ESG considerations incorporated into strategic and operational decisions.
Responsible disclosure and communication with stakeholders.
