About Q Prime Holding
Q Prime Holding LLC is a Qatar-based holding company established within the Qatar
Financial Centre, focused on strategic ownership, long-term value creation, and the
responsible management of businesses and assets. Q Prime Holding LLC was licensed by the
QFC Authority on 6 December 2021 under QFC number 01429. From established
operating businesses to emerging opportunities in technology, infrastructure, financial
services, real estate and industry, the Group combines local knowledge with
international relationships to identify opportunities, allocate capital responsibly and
build enduring value.
We believe enduring value is built through a combination of vision, disciplined capital,
strong relationships, and thoughtful decision-making. From our base in Qatar, we provide
a structured platform for holding and managing interests, supporting group companies,
and pursuing opportunities with long-term potential. Our company operates within the
Qatar Financial Centre framework, which provides a distinct legal, regulatory, tax, and
